Our IDC in conjunction with Cisco Systems have identified a service impacting bug in the current IOS version running on the routers. They immediately had to upgrade routers as a resolution.
The public network was disconnected about 10 minutes, however servers were up and running, so there wasn't any rollback.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
